In the last 52 years since moving to Clay Center, I have worked in several areas, but mostly as a teacher which I enjoyed. I have been a writer since my senior year in college when I published my own, small newsletter as a start. I penned (literally) my first book in a three-ring notebook during my first year of teaching in 1971-72. Since then, I have written articles and stories for local newspapers and regional and national magazines. I was fortunate to have also written several book transcripts which I never published and four that are now books on Amazon. Both this website and a fifth book which is underway, represent a continuation of my writing which I hope you find worth taking a look at.--Jim Eads
